Text Processing
Anonymize text content that has been pasted or typed in manually.
The Text Processing tool is ideal for quickly anonymizing text content without having to use a file: an email, a paragraph copied from a web page, a note jotted down on the fly, or meeting notes. Simply paste the text into the editor, and the technology will automatically detect and process it.
Settings
When it comes to file processing, word processing requires only the following two settings to be configured:
- Data types to detect
- Processing mode
As with file processing, these settings are managed directly from the Overview tab.
The text processing tool is designed to be simple and quick to use. A single-session system is applied to text processing.
How to Use
- Open the text editor from the Plain text page
- Select the processing type: anonymization or pseudonymization
- Paste or type your content directly
The result appears next to the original text, on the right side of your screen, and can be copied with a single click.
