Data Types

The platform allows you to manage your workspace using a session system. Pseudonyms and settings are configured on a per-session basis, allowing you to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

The technology automatically detects 30 types of data in your documents. Each type can be enabled or disabled from the session’s detection settings, which are available on the session’s Overview tab by clicking Select data.

The data types are listed below:

Personal Data

• Person’s Name: last name, first name, nickname, or pseudonym
• Email Address: email address in standard format
• Phone Number: number including country code, area code, and local number
• Age or Date of Birth: age value or age range
• Title or Occupation: honorary title, job title, occupation

Company Data

• Company Name: the legal name or trade name of a company
• Administrative Identifier: a number or code used to identify a company (SIRET, VAT, etc.)
• Accounting entry or software ID: accounting code or customer ID in internal software
• Brand, product, or service: a marketed item that can indirectly identify a company
• Share capital: the share capital amount of a company

Location Data

• Address: street name, number, building
• Municipality, region, etc.: city, country, region, state, or landmark
• ZIP Code: a city’s ZIP code
• Geolocation: GPS coordinates, latitude, longitude, altitude

Financial data

• Credit/debit card: credit or debit card number
• IBAN: international bank account number
• BIC/SWIFT: bank identification code

Miscellaneous data

• URL: web address
• IP address: IPv4 or IPv6
• Organization or institution: ministry, agency, institution
• Reference number: file number, order number, invoice number
• File name: project name, file name, internal resource name
• Date: specific date (day with or without month/year)
• Time frame: period: month, year, day of the week, duration

Specific Formats: France

• NIR (Social Security): registration number in the registry
• CNI Number: national identity card number
• Bar number: identification number of a lawyer at their bar association
• Passport Number: passport number
• Tax ID: tax identification number

Visual Elements

Masked as blank boxes on PDFs and images (JPEG, PNG). Each type can be left in clear on its own, under its API code:

• Signatures (SIGN): handwritten signatures
• Stamps (STAMP): company stamps, seals and ink marks
• Logos (LOGO): logos and brand marks
• Faces (FACE): faces in photos, ID pictures and portraits
• QR codes and barcodes (QR)
